The original contour drawing was done live from the model, but I painted the rest from memory which is a little unusual for me. For my landscape work I usually work from a sketch and have a photo for reference so I don't have to memorize every nuance.
I like the color scheme, but the shadows are a little hot and need to retreat a little more. I'd like to improve my abilitiy to memorize details without the camera.
Home from work again today sick - so I'm catching up on some of my back log of work.
