I've started working on the Newark collage. I'm intrigued by representing this theater at night, and have tried before. The current painting is the ligher version. But in scanning and uploading it I applied one of the filters in my photo program and ended up with a cool night time effect. Now I'm not sure if I want to deepen the contrast to those levels to creat drama.
